Iskren is a Partner at PNL, heading the firm’s management consulting practice.He has more than 16 years of finance experience working with global teams in locations across Europe and North America.

Prior to joining PNL, Iskren was Vice President of Asset Backed Trading and Structuring at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) for 5 years, responsible for trading European CLO, CDO and SME bonds. Prior to that he spent 7 years originating, structuring and trading fixed income financial instruments for a variety of institutional clients at Morgan Stanley in London and Credit Suisse in New York.

Iskren holds BSc. in Applied Economics and Computer Science from American University, Bulgaria and MBA from University of Maryland, College Park, USA. He is a registered financial advisor with the FSA (UK) and holds US NASD series 7 and 63.
